I'm really doubtful about this but I'd love to translate my arthurian stories in English. The problem is that I'm not English, I write in Italian and it's difficult for me to translate so I'd tought I'd came to this community to ask if some kind soul would like to beta-read my stories : )
My favourite characters are Mordred, Kay, Bedivere, Guinevere and Morgan. I write angst and humour, I write one shot and long stories but first I think I'd try to translate short one shots.
Usually I write slash (be it Mordred/Galahad or Kay/Bedivere or other pairings) and I love also Agravaine and his lovely brothers.
I really hope someone could beta my stories but if no one can I'll understand : D

I am offering: a 1000 word fic or up to five drabbles (Drabble=100 words exactly)

Fandoms (if appropriate): Harry Potter (Remus/Sirius, ask about femmeslash), Good Omens (Aziraphale/Crowley, Brian/Wensley, variations on the above with Adam), Discworld (the Watch gen, Angua/Carrot), Arthurian legends (pick a knight, any knight), Firefly (Mal, Jayne, Wash, Zoe, or Kaylee-centric, canon relationships preferred), TinMan (Wyatt Cain/Glitch or gen), Due South (Fraser-centric, Fraser/Kowalski), Torchwood (Ianto-centric, Ianto/Jack), Star Trek XI (Kirk/McCoy, Chekov, Chekov/Sulu), original fic requests also acceptable.

What is your arthurian OTP (one True Pairing)?

Mine is Gahalantine/Mordred. Ok, it doesn't make great sense but I love them. And I love Sagramore/Mordred, too <3
Recently I became addicted to sir Kay and I started to ship Bedwyr/Kay (it's Culhwch and Olwen's fault) and Gawain/Kay (because of Cherith Baldry's The Trial of sir Kay).
I'm really curious about Gawain and the Green Knight but here in Italy the book is out of order and I only found an online text that was too difficult for me to read : (

Title: [Title pending – first person to read this who has a copy of Roland to hand in the original, please to be giving me the text for line 2018]
Fandom: La Chanson de Roland
Pairing: Roland/Olivier
Rating: PG/M
Warnings: Battlefield injuries (a whole lot less gory than the original, but still – Kari, I don’t think you want this one); canon character death; I suppose spoilers, but does anyone complain about being spoiled for very old legends?
Note: A present for Lucymonster, if she wants it. I don’t think she ever felt the need for Roland-fic, but she may consider it a present anyway.

In which Roland is somewhat manic and Olivier is hopelessly in love )
Title: Epitaph
Fandom: Hamlet
Rating: PG-13
Characters: Horatio, Fortinbras, Players
Notes: I can blame this one on a fever-dream I had on the train. That's about all.
Summary: Good my lord, will you see the players well bestowed? Do you hear, let them be well used, for they are the abstract and brief chronicles of the time. After your death you were better have a bad epitaph than their ill report while you live.

(The news had come suddenly, borne on the shrieks of servants in the corridors.)
